Lotus Fabrics will not collect or retain any personal information without permission. Your personal information (on the mailing list, for example) will never be released to a third party. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your information supplied is secure.
What Currency are your prices quoted in?
All prices are quote in Australian dollars.
Will you order fabric in for me?
Batiks are usually a one-off fabric and are not easily re-ordered if we run out. However, if we do run out of a particular design you like, we will make every effort to find more for you.
Hand-dyed fabrics can generally be re-ordered depending on the supplier. If there is not enough fabric in stock to cover your order, please contact us to see if we can help.
What is your returns & refunds policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns as most of our fabric is cut off a bolt and often can't be re-sold.
If you do place an order and then change your mind, please email me immediately at email@example.com.
Your order will be dispatched via Australia Post as soon as payment is processed. Postage is calculated according to the weight of your order. Orders within Australia should arrive within 7-10 days of your order - usually sooner! You can also choose the Express Post option for overnight delivery.
You can use your Visa or MasterCard in our secure, on-line shop. PayPal is also available.
Alternatively, you can send a bank cheque, money order or your credit card details with your written order to our address for processing. Please note that any order received in this way will not be despatched until funds are cleared.
I am happy to send orders overseas, however please contact me for a postage rate before you place your order.
